Steve is the Global Ministries Pastor at Calvary Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has also served on the board of TEAM for 18 years. Steve is the author of "Well Sent: Reimagining the Church's Missionary-Sending Process." His desire is to be a support and encouragement to missions practitioners within the local church.
